Benefits of being a member:

1. GAPWUZ protects employees’ rights in the workplace  against unfair labour practices, unfair dismissal and other unlawful conduct by their employers.
2. GAPWUZ provides when necessary, legal assistance to members deemed on matters connected with or arising from their employment.
3. GAPWUZ raises  employees’ awareness on key industrial relations matters through educational workshops, study circles, campaigns, edutainment and production of IEC materials
4. GAPWUZ promotes reproductive health whereby it distributes sanitary pads to female employees.
